| Repos - 2 semaines |
| Après 2 semaines de repos complet, je recommence à courir aujourd'hui. Depuis quelques jours, je suis impatient de reprendre l'entraînement. J'avoue que je n'ai rien fait qui touchait de près ou de loin à la course. Pas de blog, pas de visite sur des sites de course, absolument rien. Cependant j'ai mis mes souliers de course pour participer à la première compétition de mes enfants. Ils ont couru 1km lors du Circuit Endurance - La Grande Vadrouille à Vaudreuil. J'ai suivi les enfants en courant avec eux pour les encourager. Je suis très fier de leurs accomplissements puisqu'ils ont courus la distance sans arrêt. Le petit a terminé avec un temps de 6min33sec et la petite avec un temps de 7min36sec. Pour des enfants de 5 ans et surtout qu'ils ne sont pas spécifiquement entraînés, je leur dit Bravo !
De mon côté, je renoue avec la compétition le 15 octobre prochain à la Classique du Parc Lafontaine pour un 5km. Je ferai donc 1 semaine de remise en forme avec 3-4 sorties pour me délier les jambes et par la suite je vais me concentrer pour me 5km. Je vais établir mon objectif au cours des prochains jours.
J'ai déjà commencé à planifier ma saison de course pour 2007. Les grandes compétitions sont déjà inscrites et je devrais ajouter les petites distances au fur et à mesure que les dates seront disponibles. |
